USA TODAY Sports

The Houston Astros and Baltimore Orioles play game two of their series Tuesday night.

The Houston Astros look for a win after splitting their last eight games. The Astros have scored 16 runs in their last three games and four or more runs in six of their last 10 games. The Astros have won nine of their last 10 games when scoring more than three runs. Jose Altuve leads Houston with 55 hits and 25 RBI while Evan Gattis and Jake Marisnick have combined for 44 RBI. The Houston Astros have lost four of their last six road games. Scott Feldman gets the ball, and he’s 3-4 with a 5.17 ERA and 35 strikeouts this season. Feldman is 4-2 with a 4.85 ERA and 28 strikeouts in his career against the Orioles.

The Baltimore Orioles look for a win after splitting their last 10 games. The Orioles have scored six runs in their last three games and four or more runs in four of their last eight games. The Orioles have won seven straight games when scoring more than three runs. Adam Jones leads Baltimore with 52 hits and 25 RBI while Jimmy Paredes and Chris Davis have combined for 47 RBI. The Baltimore Orioles have won four of their last five home games. Chris Tillman takes the hill, and he’s 2-5 with a 6.10 ERA and 29 strikeouts this season. Tillman is 2-1 with a 2.41 ERA and 14 strikeouts in his career against the Astros.

The Astros are 8-3 in their last 11 during game 2 of a series and 4-9 in Feldmans last 13 starts. The Orioles are 0-6 in their last 6 during game 2 of a series and 1-4 in Tillmans last 5 starts. The Astros are 2-11 in the last 13 meetings in Baltimore and 5-15 in the last 20 meetings overall.

I don't trust Tillman, as he's been flat out awful this season. Not to mention the Astros are playing head and shoulders better baseball than the O's. I like Houston for the even money.

Pick:
Houston Astros +100
