The Baltimore Orioles and the Toronto Blue Jays will be matching up in MLB activity on Tuesday from Rogers Centre.

In the Monday opener, the Jays scored four times in the fifth on the way to a 5-3 victory.

For Tuesday’s game, the Orioles will be rolling out RHP Dylan Bundy. Across his 131.2 innings and 7-11 mark this year, Bundy has a 4.99 ERA with 137 Ks.

Adam Jones heads up the Orioles’ offense, with 131 hits, 45 runs, 13 homers and 49 RBI entering this set. On Monday, Jones whiffed 0-for-3.

Over on the Jays’ side, they’re going with RHP Sam Gaviglio on Tuesday. Over his 87.2 innings and 2-6 mark this season, Gaviglio has a 5.13 ERA with 86 Ks.

Tops in hitting for the Jays this year is Justin Smoak, who came into this series on 106 hits, 53 runs, 18 homers and 60 RBI. In the opener, Smoak posted a run and two walks.

The Orioles are 20-46 in their last 66 in game two of a series and 7-20 in their last 27 Tuesday games. The over is 6-2 in their last eight in game two of a series and the under is 35-17-2 in their last 54 Tuesday games.

Meanwhile, the Jays are 3-8 in their last 11 Tuesday games and 2-6 in their last eight in game two of a series. Toronto is also 0-5 in Gaviglio’s last five starts and 0-6 in his last six starts with four days’ rest.

Bundy was beat up for seven runs by the Mets back on Wednesday in his last start. He hasn’t been great lately, and gave up eight runs on August 10 as well. As for Gaviglio, he hasn’t put up a quality start since June 30. Needless to say, I’m not thrilled with either pitcher here but the Jays are the better team and should pull one out here. The over looks nice as well.
