The Hawks are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games, 3-10 ATS in their last 13 vs. NBA Atlantic and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 vs. Eastern Conference. The Knicks are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Atlanta and the underdog is 9-3 ATS in the last 12 meetings. The over is 7-3 in Hawks last 10 overall. The under is 9-2 in Knicks last 11 overall.
I'm done trying to find value in the New York Knicks, as this team gets waxed most nights and it's expected to be no different with them being on the end of a back-to-back. With that said, I'm not laying chalk with the freaking Atlanta Hawks. Instead, I'll side with the over. The Hawks are allowing nearly 123 points in their last five games and don't play much defense at home. The over is also a really strong trend when the Knicks and Hawks meet, including going over the total in 13 of the last 19 meetings. I'm not playing a side in a game between two rough teams that don't have any motivation to win at this stage of the season.
