The Trail Blazers are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 Wednesday games, 21-9 ATS in their last 30 games playing on 1 days rest and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games. The Nuggets are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 Conference Semifinals games, 5-12 ATS in their last 17 games playing on 1 days rest and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 Wednesday games. The Trail Blazers are 1-4-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Denver and 1-6-1 ATS in the last 8 meetings. The over is 5-2 in Nuggets last 7 overall. The over is 21-7-2 in Trail Blazers last 30 games playing on 1 days rest.

The Portland Trail Blazers are going to have serious issues in this series if they're not able to defend anything, as they gave the Nuggets open looks from deep and couldn't do anything in the paint. Kanter was questionable before the game, so maybe a day off and some treatment will help him for this contest. The Portland Trail Blazers are 1-5 ATS in their last six games as a road underdog and have split their last 18 games ATS as an underdog overall. The Denver Nuggets have covered five of their last eight home games as a favorite and have split their last 10 games ATS as a favorite overall. Overall, I'm not the type to overreact from one game and we've seen these Nuggets look great one minute and completely go cold the next. It was the case the entire series against the San Antonio Spurs. I'm not going to be fooled. I'm going to ride the course and take Portland and the points again. I need to see more consistency from these young Nuggets before I hop on the bandwagon.

Portland Trail Blazers +4
