The Lakers are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games playing on 1 days rest, 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games and 3-14 ATS in their last 17 games overall. The Kings are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings and the road team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. The under is 4-1 in Lakers last 5 overall. The over is 4-1 in Kings last 5 overall.
I was leaning towards the Lakers and the free points given that the Kings have had a hard time finishing games and haven't bee good on the road. The Kings are also on the end of a back to back. However, it's quite clear the Los Angeles Lakers have checked out, as they're sooting just 42.4 percent from the field in their last five games and losing those contests by an average of 9.4 points. The Lakers have also covered just three of their last 17 games and are 5-10 ATS this season when an underdog of less than seven points. Laying chalk with the Kings on the road isn't ideal, but backing the Lakers in any shape or form these days is completely stupid.
