The under is 5-0 in the last 5 meetings in Memphis and 7-2 in the last 9 meetings. The over is 5-2 in Pelicans last 7 road games. The under is 5-1 in Grizzlies last 6 overall.
The Memphis Grizzlies aren't a team I'm trying to get behind for obvious reasons, and they're an even less attractive option without Marc Gasol. With that said, the New Orleans Pelicans are on the end of a back to back and continue to deal with the Anthony Davis nonsense. Last night, Davis spent the entire fourth quarter on the bench and the Pels nearly blew a big second half lead. It's clear the Pelicans are playing AD just enough to avoid a fine. It's a business decision for both sides. I want no parts of the Pelicans without their best player in crunch time. So, if forced to pick, I'll take the free bucket with the home team that's rested. Yuck.
