The New Orleans Pelicans and Memphis Grizzlies meet Saturday in NBA action at the FedExForum.

The New Orleans Pelicans look for a victory after losing six of their last nine games. The New Orleans Pelicans are averaging 116.2 points on 48 percent shooting and allowing 114.9 points on 46.3 percent shooting. Anthony Davis is averaging 29.3 points and 13.3 rebounds while Jrue Holiday is averaging 20.9 points and eight assists. Julius Randle is the third double-digit scorer and E'Twaun Moore is grabbing 2.5 rebounds. The New Orleans Pelicans are shooting 35.1 percent from beyond the arc and 77.3 percent from the free throw line. The New Orleans Pelicans are allowing 36.7 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 46.9 rebounds per game. The New Orleans Pelicans have split their last eight road games.

The Memphis Grizzlies could use a win after losing 10 of their last 13 games. The Memphis Grizzlies are averaging 100.3 points on 44.9 percent shooting and allowing 103.6 points on 44.9 percent shooting. Mike Conley is averaging 20.3 points and 6.4 assists while Jaren Jackson Jr. is averaging 13.9 points and 4.8 rebounds. Kyle Anderson is dishing three assists and Justin Holiday is grabbing 4.2 rebounds. The Memphis Grizzlies are shooting 34 percent from beyond the arc and 75.8 percent from the free throw line. The Memphis Grizzlies are allowing 36.3 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 40.4 rebounds per game. The Memphis Grizzlies have lost five of their last seven home games.

The Pelicans are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. NBA Southwest, 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. Western Conference and 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Grizzlies are 9-20 ATS in their last 29 games playing on 1 days rest, 5-11 ATS in their last 16 vs. Western Conference and 8-21 ATS in their last 29 games overall. The under is 5-0 in the last 5 meetings in Memphis and 7-2 in the last 9 meetings. The over is 5-2 in Pelicans last 7 road games. The under is 5-1 in Grizzlies last 6 overall.

The Memphis Grizzlies aren't a team I'm trying to get behind for obvious reasons, and they're an even less attractive option without Marc Gasol. With that said, the New Orleans Pelicans are on the end of a back to back and continue to deal with the Anthony Davis nonsense. Last night, Davis spent the entire fourth quarter on the bench and the Pels nearly blew a big second half lead. It's clear the Pelicans are playing AD just enough to avoid a fine. It's a business decision for both sides. I want no parts of the Pelicans without their best player in crunch time. So, if forced to pick, I'll take the free bucket with the home team that's rested. Yuck.

Memphis Grizzlies +2.5
