The New Orleans Pelicans hit the road for a battle with the Portland Trail Blazers.  The Pelicans are (7-23), coming off a 106-102 loss to the Golden State Warriors.  The Trail Blazers are (14-16), after knocking off the Minnesota Timberwolves, 113-106.
