The Line: San Antonio Spurs +3 -- Over/Under:
The Milwaukee Bucks and San Antonio Spurs meet Sunday in NBA action at the AT&T Center.
The Milwaukee Bucks look to stay hot after winning 13 of their last 16 games. The Milwaukee Bucks are averaging 117.3 points on 47.7 percent shooting and allowing 108.1 points on 43.2 percent shooting. Giannis Antetokounmpo is averaging 27 points and 12.6 rebounds while Khris Middleton is averaging 17.6 points and 4.3 assists. Malcolm Brogdon is the third double-digit scorer and Eric Bledsoe is dishing 5.4 assists. The Milwaukee Bucks are shooting 35.1 percent from beyond the arc and 77.1 percent from the free throw line. The Milwaukee Bucks are allowing 35.8 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 49.3 rebounds per game. The Milwaukee Bucks have won eight of their last 10 road games.
The San Antonio Spurs look for another win to build on their four-game winning streak. The San Antonio Spurs are averaging 111.9 points on 47.7 percent shooting and allowing 111.1 points on 46.7 percent shooting. DeMar DeRozan is averaging 21.4 points and 6.1 assists while LaMarcus Aldridge is averaging 21.1 points and 8.9 rebounds. Rudy Gay is the third double-digit scorer and Bryn Forbes is dishing 2.2 assists. The San Antonio Spurs are shooting 40.1 percent from beyond the arc and 82.2 percent from the free throw line. The San Antonio Spurs are allowing 36.4 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 44.5 rebounds per game. The San Antonio Spurs have won their last seven home games.
The Bucks are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 Sunday games, 16-5-2 ATS in their last 23 road games and 12-5 ATS in their last 17 games overall. The Spurs are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 games playing on 3 or more days rest, 30-14 ATS in their last 44 home games and 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games overall. The Bucks are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings and the underdog is 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings. The under is 5-0 in Spurs last 5 overall. The over is 5-1 in Bucks last 6 vs. Western Conference.
I really want to pull the trigger with the San Antonio Spurs as a home dog, but I just can't do it. The Milwaukee Bucks are too damn hot and have been nothing but money ATS. I've said several times in the past that you're sitting on a pile of cash just blindly backing the Bucks this season, as they're 38-24-3 ATS on the year, 20-12-2 ATS on the road and have covered 12 of their last 17 games overall. The Bucks have also won each of the last four games against the Spurs, including dropping 135 points on them back in November. I have no choice but to keep riding the Bucks money train.
