Breshad Perriman

School: Central Florida Knights

Height: 6’2”

Weight: 212

Position: Wide Receiver

Career Stats: 155 receptions, 2,243 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns.

Strengths: Breshad Perriman has solid size and knows how to use it to his advantage to create separation. Perriman’s main strength is his burning speed, as he ran a 4.24 40-time at his pro day, which is simply jaw-dropping for a WR his size. Perriman is quick in and out of his cuts and obviously has the top end speed to really take the top off of a defense. Perriman has long arms and is able to win most jump balls with impressive body control. Perriman has also shown the ability to be a solid run blocker and doesn’t take plays off in that department. Breshad Perriman also has zero off-the-field issues and is just one of those receivers who goes out there and gets the job done without much showboating.

Weaknesses: I’d like to see Breshad Perriman be a sharper route runner, as he seems a bit raw and doesn’t have a great technique quite yet. You also have to worry about Perriman’s ability to disappear in games at times, especially considering he didn’t play great competition throughout his college career.

Projection: Breshad Perriman doesn’t get the same amount of credit as some of the bigger named wide receivers in this class, but the kid can play and will be a steal wherever he goes. I’m fairly high on Perriman and think he will have a long and successful career at the next level. Don’t be one to sleep on the former UCF WR.
