New York Giants (6-10) at Dallas Cowboys (13-5)

The Line: Dallas Cowboys -5.5 -- Over/Under: 51.5
The New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys square off Sunday night at AT&T Stadium.
The New York Giants look to have a bounce back season after missing the playoffs now three straight years. Eli Manning has to be more consistent at quarterback after throwing 41 interceptions his last two seasons. The good news is that a healthy wide receiver duo of Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr. is as good as any in the NFL. A running back tandem of Rashad Jennings and Andre Williams also has the potential to be very productive for New York. Even without Cruz last year, the Giants ranked 13th in points scored per game. Defensively, the New York Giants ranked 29th in total yards allowed and 23 in points per game. A Giants secondary of Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Landon Collins and Prince Amukamara could be on the best in the league. Cruz is questionable with a calf injury.
The Dallas Cowboys look to reach the playoffs back-to-back seasons for the first time since 06-07. The Cowboys offense really needs no introduction with Tony Romo and Dez Bryant leading the way, while Jason Witten and Terrance Williams chip in when their number is called as well. The Cowboys no longer have DeMarco Murray, but they do have the best offensive line in the NFL and guys who could surprise at running back in Darren McFadden and Lance Dunbar. The Cowboys were fifth last season in points scored per game. Defensively, the Dallas Cowboys finished last season ranked 19th in total yards allowed and 15th scoring defense. A healthy Sean Lee should help Dallas, while another season of Tyrone Crawford will go a long way.
The Giants are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games in Week 1 and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games on fieldturf. The Cowboys are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The over is 5-0 in the last 5 meetings.
The Cowboys are a healthy pick to win the NFC East this season and have a solid shot to reach the Super Bowl if everyody stays healthy. I really like this Dallas team. The Giants, well, they've been hit and miss for a while now and you never know which Eli is going to show up. I like the Cowboys to win this game and set a strong message to the rest of their division.
