The San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams meet Sunday in NFL action at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

The San Francisco 49ers look to play spoiler after losing four of their last six games. The San Francisco 49ers have lost all seven road games this season. Nick Mullens is completing 63.5 percent of his passes for 1,995 yards, 10 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Mullens enters this game with 241 career pass attempts under his belt. George Kittle and Dante Pettis have combined for 1,695 receiving yards and nine touchdowns while Kendrick Bourne has 37 receptions. The San Francisco 49ers ground game is averaging 118.3 yards per contest, and Matt Breida leads the way with 814 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, San Francisco is allowing 25.8 points and 344.6 yards per game. Fred Warner leads the San Francisco 49ers with 109 tackles, DeForest Buckner has 12 sacks and Antone Exum Jr. has one interception.

The Los Angeles Rams look to secure the second seed in the NFC after winning seven of their last 10 games. The Los Angeles Rams have won five of their last six home games. Jared Goff is completing 65.2 percent of his passes for 4,489 yards, 28 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Goff has two or more touchdown passes in seven of his last 12 games. Brandin Cooks and Robert Woods have combined for 2,337 receiving yards and nine touchdowns while Todd Gurley II has 59 receptions. The Los Angeles Rams ground game is averaging 138.4 yards per contest, and Gurley leads the way with 1,251 yards and 17 touchdowns. Defensively, Los Angeles is allowing 23.5 points and 356.4 yards per game. Cory Littleton leads the Los Angeles Rams with 121 tackles, Aaron Donald has 19.5 sacks and John Johnson III has four interceptions.

The 49ers are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 road games, 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. NFC West and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 vs. NFC. The Rams are 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games, 2-5 ATS in their last 7 vs. NFC and 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 games overall. The 49ers are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings in Los Angeles and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 meetings. The over is 5-1 in Rams last 6 home games. The over is 5-2 in 49ers last 7 games in December.

The San Francisco 49ers may have trouble winning games, but six of their last nine losses have been decided by 10 or less points and they were close to winning their third straight game last week. The Los Angeles Rams simply haven't been as impressive as most would lead you to believe, and they have a point differential of just +1 in their last three home games. The San Francisco 49ers have covered four of their last six games when a double-digit underdog. The Los Angeles Rams have covered five of their last six games when a double-digit favorite. While I'm not as high on the Rams as others and have been saying that for a couple months, they did smoke the 49ers by 29 points earlier this season and have the offensive firepower to do the same again. While the 49ers have played hard, they've only scored 20 or less points in seven of their last 11 games. If the Rams come out firing, which they should with a bye week on the line for the playoffs, this game could get ugly.

Pick:
Los Angeles Rams -10
