NFL | New York Giants (5-5) at Washington Redskins (4-6)

The New York Giants and Washington Redskins play Sunday afternoon at FedEx Field.

The New York Giants look for their third road victory to get a game above a .500 record. Eli Manning is completing 64.6 percent of his passes for 2,700 yards, 21 touchdowns and six interceptions. Manning has 10 touchdown passes in his last three games. Odell Beckham Jr. and Rueben Randle have combined for 1,338 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns while Shane Vereen has 36 receptions. The New York Giants ground game is averaging 95 yards per contest, and Rashad Jennings leads the way with 403 yards and one touchdown. Defensively, New York is allowing 25.3 points and 420.9 yards per game. Landon Collins leads the Giants with 61 tackles, Damontre Moore has three sacks and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has three interceptions. Damontre Moore, James Thomas and Larry Donnell are questionable.

The Washington Redskins need a big home victory to stay in the thick of the NFC East race. Kirk Cousins is completing 68.3 percent of his passes for 2,485 yards, 15 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Cousins has six touchdown passes in his last three games. Pierre Garcon and Jordan Reed have combined for 916 receiving yards and nine touchdowns while Jamison Crowder has 43 receptions. The Washington Redskins ground game is averaging 95.3 yards per contest, and Alfred Morris leads the way with 404 yards on 112 carries. Defensively, Washington is allowing 25.3 points and 370.1 yards per game. Dashon Goldson leads the Redskins with 79 tackles, Ryan Kerrigan has 4.5 sacks and Bashaud Breeland has eight pass deflections. Jordan Reed, Keenan Robinson and Trenton Robinson are questionable.

The Redskins aren't nearly as bad as many people think and all four of their victories have come on their home field. The Giants have been so up and down, and I'm not sure I trust them on the road against a decent oppoenent in a cruscial rivalry game.

I'll side with the home team and take the free point with me.

Washington Redskins +1.5
