Top Five NFL Week 8 Games

It’s time again for the top five games of the week. I can’t believe we’re already at the midpoint of the 2015 NFL season, but that means things are starting to heat up in division races around the league. This time of year is always a fun one.

1. Packers v. Broncos - November 1 at 8:30 PM EST on NBC

I am so stoked for this contest, people. It’s probably one of my favorite games of the year so far. You really can’t go wrong with Manning, Rodgers, Lacy, and that Broncos D all on the field. Plus, somebody’s losing their undefeated crown come Sunday night. Should be a great one.

2. Giants v. Saints - November 1 at 1:00 PM EST on FOX

The Giants and the Saints are both helmed by potential Hall of Fame quarterbacks, but both teams have also struggled in recent seasons. With Brees and Manning coming off of two huge wins in Week 7, it should be fun to see which team manages to notch another W.

3. Dolphins v. Patriots - October 29 at 8:25 PM EST on NFLN

As I mentioned earlier this week, the Dolphins have been playing their best ball of the year for the past couple of weeks and they have a chance to show-off in Foxboro tomorrow night. I look for New England to pull out the W, but I’m excited to see if Dan Campbell’s Fins can give this division foe a run for the money.

4. Jets v. Raiders - November 1 at 4:05 PM EST on CBS

This is an interesting match-up. The Jets and the Raiders are two storied franchises that have had decades of woes. This year, though? Both clubs are looking better than they have in years. I’m calling a Raiders win, but it should be a good one at the Black Hole this weekend.

5. Bengals v. Steelers - November 1 at 1:00 PM EST CBS

The undefeated Bengals are taking on a desperate Steelers team that needs this win to stay in the AFC North race. Not to mention, it looks like Ben Roethlisberger will be returning this week. Keep your eyes peeled for an absolute battle at Heinz Field.

On July 1, 2008 I typed into Google "How Do I start A Blog" and I started my first website called "Miami Mitch's Place" where i shared my college football Picks and predictions as well as opinion. By the Fall I had heard from many that the title made it sound like the site was about Miami so I changed it to "College Football Place" (, After the 2008 college football season I change focus and launched, it wasn't long after that when I realized I just wanted one place to add all sports, and that's when Sports Chat Place was born.

This site is a big Thank You to all of our readers, visitors, and community where we have been given a platform to talk to the masses about sports and hopefully help put you on some winners. If you need to reach me just shoot an email to [email protected]
