The Montreal Canadiens go on the road to face the Columbus Blue Jackets in Wednesday NHL action.

The Montreal Canadiens have won four of five after upending visiting Florida 6-1 on Tuesday. Frank Vatrano found the back of the net for the Panthers James Riemer allowed three goals on nine shots before Sam Montembeault came on and allowed three goals on 18 shots.

Tomas Tater paced Montreal with a pair of tallies with Brett Kulak, Artturi Lehkonen, Phillip Danault and Max Domi all reaching the scoring column. Andrew Shaw posted a pair of helpers for the Habs and Carey Price picked up the win with 33 stops.

The Columbus Blue Jackets have followed a three game skid with back to back wins following a 4-0 win against the visiting NY Islanders on Tuesday. New York ran in to a hot goalie and Thomas Greiss gave up three goals on 32 shots to get the loss.

Columbus saw scoring off the sticks of Ryan Dzingel, Artemi Panarin, Oliver Bjorkstrand and Cam Atkinson. Matt Duchene posted two assists for the Blue Jackets and Sergei Bobrovsky recorded 26 stops to get the win.

Canadiens are 4-1 in their last 5 overall and Canadiens are 4-1 in their last 5 vs. Eastern Conference and Canadiens are 11-4 in their last 15 in the fourth game of a 4-in-6 situation.
