The Chicago Blackhawks go on the road to face the Edmonton Oilers in an NHL tilt on Tuesday.

The Chicago Blackhawks have won four in a row after downing Minnesota 4-3 in OT on Saturday. Jason Zucker, Mikko Koivu and Victor Rask supplied markers for Minnesota. Alex Stalock gave up four goals on 31 shots for the Wild to fall to 6-5-1.

Erik Gustafsson led Chicago with two goals including the overtime winner while Alex Debrincat and Jonathan Toews also found the back of the net. Debrincat added a pair of helpers with Dominik Kahun and Dylan Strome logging two helpers each for the Blackhawks to make a winner of Collin Delia and his 28 stops.

The Edmonton Oilers have dropped five straight after a 4-3 OT loss at Montreal on Sunday. Leon Draisaitl scored twice for Edmonton with Connor McDavid also lighting the lamp. Darnell Nurse logged a pair of assists for the Oilers and Mikko Kosikinen allowed four goals on 27 shots.

Montreal receive regulation goals from Shea Weber, Max Domi and Jesperi Kotkaniemi. Jonathan Drouin scored the overtime winner while he and Domi posted assists for the Canadiens who received 21 stops from Carey Price.

Blackhawks are 4-0 in their last 4 overall and over is 4-0 in Blackhawks last 4 vs. Western Conference and over is 5-0 in Blackhawks last 5 vs. Pacific. Under is 2-0-2 in Oilers last 4 vs. a team with a winning % below .400 and Oilers are 0-5 in their last 5 overall and Oilers are 1-7 in their last 8 vs. a team with a winning % below .400. Under is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings and over is 6-2 in the last 8 meetings in Edmonton and road team is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings.

The Blackhawks have won four in a row and are either hot or cold so I’m hoping they stay hot for another night…

Pick:
Chicago +115

I have been a sports fan since I was old enough to pick up a ball and have always been drawn to competition. I don't participate in sporting events any longer but I do like to provide my opinion on games and writing gives me that outlet. I won't always be right but I always put 100% in to every article I do whether it's the World Series or an 0-10 college football team. Mitch shares that same passion and allows me to express myself in my own way.
