After a great start to the season the Toronto Maple Leafs have hit an offensive rough patch the last three games. Luckily they got a good goaltending performance on Friday night from Jonathan Bernier and squeaked out a 2-1 shootout win over the Devils. But the Leafs have scored just two goals in the last three games and now they head to the Xcel Energy Center to take on the Wild before a home-and-home with the Buffalo Sabres. After losing six of their first nine games the Wild have since won seven of nine but it's still hard to believe in this club. Yes, they got a good win against Chicago but outside of that their competition really hasn't been that great. Wednesday night will be a good test for the Wild because they'll be taking on a club that has played consistent hockey all year and it's a bit of a step up in competition. With Florida and Winnipeg next on the schedule at home it's a big chance to pick up some wins here before they embark on a four game road trip. These two teams are pretty even in my eyes and though the Wild have been good at home I like the plus money in this match up.
