Capitals are 5-0 in their last 5 overall and over is 4-0-1 in Capitals last 5 Monday games and Capitals are 4-0 in their last 4 games following a win. Over is 3-0-1 in Islanders last 4 games playing on 1 days rest and Islanders are 11-1 in their last 12 vs. Metropolitan and Islanders are 1-6 in their last 7 Monday games. Home team is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings and over is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings.

Both teams have been playing well but I am looking for a few goals to be scored by each to topple the over…

I have been a sports fan since I was old enough to pick up a ball and have always been drawn to competition. I don't participate in sporting events any longer but I do like to provide my opinion on games and writing gives me that outlet. I won't always be right but I always put 100% in to every article I do whether it's the World Series or an 0-10 college football team.
