The New York Islanders welcome the Winnipeg Jets to town for a Tuesday NHL tilt.
The Winnipeg Jets look to extend their winning streak to four games following a 4-3 SO victory at the NY Rangers on Sunday. The New York Islanders defeated the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-2 on Saturday to end a two game skid. Markus Hannikainen and Pierre-Luc Dubois scored in the second for a 2-0 Columbus lead while Sergei Bobrovsky allowed three goals on 29 shots to get the loss.
Anders Lee, Anthony Beauvillier and Casey Cizikas lit the lamp for New York. Scott Mayfield and Jordan Eberle supplied two assists each and Thomas Greiss recorded 28 saves to pick up the win for the Islanders.
