The Calgary Flames go to Ottawa, Canada to take on the Ottawa Senators are Saturday at the Canadien Tire Centre. The Flames are coming off of a win over the Toronto Maple Leafs but losing the previous game to the Montreal Canadiens. The loss to the Canadiens snapped a five-game winning streak. The Flames are used to playing under pressure, as seven of their last eight games have come down to a one-goal game.

The Flames are 26-18-5 on the season and are now tied for first Pacific Division, with 57 points so far, jumping from fifth place to the top spot in their win streak. The Flames have spread around their offense, having left wing Matthew Tkachuk lead the team in points, Elias Lindholm leads the team in goals, and Johnny Gaudreau leads the team in assists. Tkachuk made the All-Star Game selection as well as defenseman Mark Giordano.

The Ottawa Senators are coming off of a ten-game losing streak, losing to the Vegas Golden Knights in their last game.

The Ottawa Senators have certainly struggled this season, and they are currently 16-23-8 on the season but have been decent at home, with a record of 11-7-4 at their arena. The bright spot for the Ottawa Senators is their leading goal scorer and points getter, Anthony Duclair, who has been terrific this season, scoring 32 points and 21 goals. The Senators have faced a ton of injuries as well, having five players out of this game.

Calgary is 18-31 ATS this season
Flames are 5-1 in their last six games as a favorite.
Ottawa is 25-22 ATS this season
Senators are 22-51 in their last 73 games as an underdog.

The Calgary Flames I have done very well recently and are continuing their great run of form that they've had all season. On the flip side, the Ottawa Senators are having their worst run of games for the entire season and could be argued as the coldest team in all of the NHL right now. It's tough to see the losing streak stopping at any point with the way that the Senators are playing. That's why I have to take the Calgary Flames in this one to continue their good run of form and exploit the Ottawa Senators' terrible run of form. Final Score Prediction, Calgary Flames win 4-1.
