The losses keep piling up for the Columbus Blue Jackets and it doesn't get any easier for them when they travel to the Candian Tire Center to take on the Ottawa Senators. No team in this league is going to be successful if they're not getting their top players to perform and the Blue Jackets are really struggling with that. Marian Gaborik hasn't had success for the Blue Jackets this season that he had when he came over at the trading deadline last year. Sergei Bobrovsky has taken a step back after his Vezina Trophy campaign for Coumbus last year. Columbus just can't find a way to win games right now and it could ruin their season if they don't nip this in the bud right now. The Ottawa Senators bounced back in a big way the other night against a Boston Bruins club that they haven't had any success against on home ice. Things weren't looking god for the Senators either as they fell behind 2-0 before they rallied for the victory. Chris Neil scored with under a minute left in the first period to get the Senators on the board and after a scoreless second period it was Jason Spezza, Jared Cowen, and Bobby Ryan scoring in the third to lift the Senators to a 4-2 victory. Right now these two teams are playing at different levels and the Blue Jackets aren't going to snap out of this thing until they get Gaborik going. The Senators have what it takes to bring this one home on Sunday.
