The New Jersey Devils go to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to take on the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday at the Wells Fargo Center. The New Jersey Devils are coming off of a three-game losing streak, losing to the Nashville Predators, Dallas Stars, and the Montreal Canadiens in their last game in a shootout loss. The Devils have gone on two separate win streaks in their previous five games.

The New Jersey Devils are 18-24-10 on the season with an away record of 11-15 this season. The Devils are eighth in the Metropolitan Division and have not been great on either side of the ice this season. The Devils are currently 27th in goals and 30th in goals allowed this season. The Devils have found this season to be dreadful, and they will be without their star player P.K. Subban who will be out in this game with an illness.

The Flyers are on a two-game winning streak at the moment, defeating the Detroit Red Wings in their last game as well as the Colorado Avalanche in their game prior. The Flyers have gone on two separate winning streaks in their last five games. Each of their four wins in their last five games has been won by three goals.

The Flyers are 29-17-7 on the season and fifth place in the Atlantic Division with 65 points. The Flyers are middle of the road in most of the categories, as they are 15th in goals scored, and 11th in goals allowed. They're also 17th in power plays, and 14th in penalties killed.

New Jersey is 24-28 ATS this season
Devils are 29-61 in their last 90 games as an underdog.
Philadelphia is 31-22 ATS this season
Flyers are 8-3 in their last 11 games as a favorite.

The Philadelphia Flyers do extremely well at the Wells Fargo Center, as they are 18 - 4 - 4 on the season at home. I do not see that changing at all, as it seems like Philadelphia teams are invigorated at the Wells Fargo Center, similar to the Philadelphia 76ers this season. I think that that crowd and the fanbase will once again get the Philadelphia Flyers up and confident that they can beat a New Jersey Devil side that has been terrible this season. Final Score Prediction, Philadelphia Flyers win 5 - 2.
