The St. Louis Blues visit the Pittsburgh Penguins for a Saturday NHL tilt.

The St. Louis Blues have dropped three in a row after suffering a 2-0 loss at Ottawa on Thursday. The Blues did total 35 shots but ran in to a hot goalies and Jake Allen absorbed the loss with a goal allowed on 20 shots.

Christian Wolanin scored in the second for Ottawa off of assists from Mikkel Boedker and Anthony Duclair. Chris Tierney hit the empty net with 57 seconds left to make a winner of Anders Nilsson and his 35 saves.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have been heating up with wins in six of seven following a 5-0 decision at Buffalo on Thursday. The Sabres offense was held in check with only 26 shots Carter Hutton struggled in the net with five goals allowed on 28 shots.

The Penguins saw Phil Kessel, Brian Dumoulin, Patric Hornqvist, Nick Bjugstad and Jake Guentzel reach the scoring column. Sidney Crosby assisted twice for Pittsburgh and Casey DeSmith picked up the win with 26 saves.
