Thursday NHL action brings us the Tampa Bay Lightning facing the St. Louis Blues.

The suddenly hot St. Louis Blues have won four of five after squeezing by Florida 3-2 on the road Tuesday. Florida led 2-0 on goals from Henrik Borgstrom and Aleksander Barkov with James Reimer absorbing the loss with three goals scoring on 34 shots.

Colton Parayko, Ryan O’Reilly and Vince Dunn scored in the third for St. Louis and Jordan Binnington picked up the win with 22 saves.

The Tampa Bay Lightning come off of a 3-2 SO loss to visiting Vegas on Tuesday. Brayden Point and Matthieu scored for the Lightning for a 2-0 lead. Steven Stamkos logged two assists and Andrei Vasilevskiy recorded 35 saves for Tampa Bay.

The Golden Knights saw offense from Cody Eakin and Valentin Zykov in regulation. Alex Tuch scored the only goal of the shootout and Marc-Andre Fleury picked up the win for Vegas with 24 stops.
