The Dallas Stars go on the road to oppose the Washington Capitals in an NHL tilt on Saturday.
The Dallas Stars have been at the top of their game with wins in four of five capped off by a 2-1 victory at Toronto on Thursday. The Maple Leafs lone goal came from Patrick Marleau on a third period power play while Frederik Andersen absorbed the loss with both goals given up on 19 shots.

Washington saw Lars Eller score twice with Alex Ovechkin lighting the lamp two times in the second. Matt Niskanen posted to assists with Braden Holtby getting the loss for the Capitals with five goals allowed on 38 shots.
The explosive Canadiens offense received a pair of goals from Jespei Kotkaniemi and Brendan Gallagher with Max Domi and Joel Armia also lighting the lamp. Tomas Tater added two helpers and Carey Price picked up the win for the Habs with four goals scoring on 31 shots.
