Albania need a win against Armenia to guarantee qualification to the Euro's. A draw will leave Albania in the playoffs as they are behind in the head to head against Denmark. So simply put Albania must go to Armenia and win. Look to manager De Biasi to go for it from the off, no point in being cautious at this stage. Key man will be striker Gashi who is one that will provide Albania with an out up front and he knows where the goal is. Albania were 4 minutes from securing one of the two points they needed against Serbia on Thursday night only to succumb to two goals in injury time, a heart breaking loss for the home team and one that leaves them needing a win here in this game.
Armenia have struggled for the entirety of this campaign but they have picked up their two draws at home and they will be hoping to be spoil sports on Sunday against Albania. In Armenia's only other home game they lost 3-2 to Portugal after taking the lead, Cristiano Ronaldo was the difference on that occasion scoring a quick fire hat trick to deny Armenia anything from the game. I am certain Armenia will fancy their chances of getting something from this game but with Albania really needing the win this could be an interesting game.
Given the current set up of the Group I am just going to go with my head, I think Albania want this more. A win gets them to their first ever European Championships and I dont think they are going to allow this opportunity to pass them by!
