Aston Villa are looking for their fourth win on the trot when they face Swansea City on saturday. Tim Sherwood's side were terrific last week against Sunderland when they won four nil, that win doubled the amount of goals Villa had scored away from home all season but they return to Villa Park on Saturday and should be full of confidence having won their last two home games , both derby games against West Bromwich Albion. With Christian Benteke and Gabriel Agbonlahor finding the net last week and looking fully committed to the cause. Villa are still in the relegation battle but their two recent wins in the league have left them three points above the relegation, nothing comfortable about that gap another win here would be a positive.
Swansea were very unlucky to lose to Liverpool on Monday night and the Swans have alternated wins and losses in their last six away games, tomorrow they are due a win by that run of form. Swansea will look to Gomis and Sigurrdson to set the tone up front and Dyer will also be a key man from the wing. Swansea's defence though have been the key to their away form when they've played to their potential Swansea have won games, when they have made mistakes they've lost. That is the way in this league and Gary Monk will be sure to keep his team focused on the job at hand.
This is a huge game for Aston Villa another win would bring them up the table and away from the dog fight that is the relegation battle, with a really tough run in villa need all the points they can get and I think that they will be focused on that. I think both teams have a decided advantage defensively here and I am going to take the unders. Not a big play because I dont trust Aston Villa but one I am comfortable playing.
