Game of the week in the Bundesliga will see Bayer Leverkusen host Borussia Mochengladbach both teams had disappointing results in the midweek games as both teams crashed out of the Champions League. Bayer Leverkusen though played well in a draw with Barcelona, a game that Bayer dominated both possession and chances created. With Javier Hernandez on fire Bayer Leverkusen have a player who can be a game changer. Hernandez has scored twelve in his last eleven games. Calhanoglu, kibling and Kampl will be ably assisting Hernandez and this is a huge game for both clubs.
WIth Borussia Mochengladbach coming into this game having beaten Bayern Munich last weekend and ending the defending Champions unbeaten run this is a team that will be full of confidence. Although Borussia struggled at times with the pace of Manchester City midweek this is still a team that for me is among the best in Germany and have rebounded well from a terrible start to the season. In the league Borussia Mochengladbach are now unbeaten in ten straight and while this is a tough match up I think it's one that Mochengladbach will relish.
While this is definitely going to be a tough game for both teams I think that both teams to score is as close to a banker as there is this weekend. The draw also looks a value bet to me I think Borussia Mochengladbach will leave the Bayarena with something.
