With Bayer Leverkusen currently on a four game winning streak they will look to make it five in a row when they face bottom of the table Stuttgart in Friday night's Bundesliga action. Leverkusen have found their form at the right time , they beat Atletico Madrid 1-0 in the Champions League first leg and will be hoping to knock out last year's finalist when they travel to Madrid on Tuesday. Son and Kiebling have started to find the net for Leverkusen and that has conincided with this great run of form. Son in particular has been excellent this year and has ten goals on the year, top scorer in the team. Bayer Leverkusen were excellent last week when they hammered another relegation struggler Paderborn 3-0 away from home. I and they will be looking for a similar performance tonight when they face a Stuttgart team that look destined for the drop.
Stuttgart have been awful since coming back from the winter break, in fact they havent won a game since the 16th of December. With a strikeforce that has managed just three goals in their last eight games it's easy to see where the problems are for Stuttgart. Stuttgart have only managed twenty four goals this year third worst in the league and have conceded forty one the forth highest in the league. Stuttgart travel to the Bayer Arena in real trouble and I cant see them coming away from this game with anything.
The only way Bayer Leverkusen dont win this by two or three is if they get distracted by their Champions League tie with Atletico. Unlike Monaco though who host an inform Bastia, Bayer Leverkusen face a Stuttgart team that are probably the worst in the Bundesliga right now. I am going to take Bayer Leverkusen -1 as I think they cash another ticket for us on Friday night football. I'm going all in on the Bayer win at 1/2 and taking the -1 strong as well.
