Manchester United will on the road this weekend as they travel to Bournemouth to play their next match in the English Premier League.
Bournemouth have been outstanding in recent weeks as they are now unbeaten in last 5 matches. Out of the 5 fixtures, Bournemouth have won 5 of those games including a 4-0 win over Watford and a 3-0 win over Fulham. Furthermore, Bournemouth’s record at home makes them a very tough challenge for any team as the Cherries remain unbeaten at the Vitality Stadium. The big players for Bournemouth have been Joshua King and Callum Wilson who have provided many goals for the Cherries. This will be the first major challenge at home for Bournemouth this season and they will feel confident that they can handle Manchester United as they been in outstanding form lately.
On the other side of the pitch, Manchester United will be desperate to ensure they get all 3 points from this fixture. The Red Devils are currently 8th of the ladder and they know that they must keep winning to ensure the pressure remains off the manager and the players. In their last fixture, Manchester United beat Everton 2-1 with the likes of Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial playing well. It will be important for the key players to do well as Manchester United are not in good form and it will be the quality of the superstars that will get them over the line. This match will be a test for the out of form Manchester United defense as the likes of King and Wilson will challenge the likes of Smalling and Jones.
It will be interesting to see if Bournemouth can maintain their unbeaten home record after this match as United have lots of quality in their team. The Red Devils have started to win games and I see the likes of Lukaku and Pogba to be too much for Bournemouth. I am picking Manchester United to win.
