Swansea will look to start their season with a win as they take on Burnley away from home. Swansea ended their last campaign off quite strong and they will look to begin from where they left off against the newly promoted Burnley.
Burnley had a great season last season as they managed to gain promotion from the Championship. This time around it might not be as great since they are in a different level now and the competition is going to be a lot tougher. That being said, they are probably facing one of the weaker teams in the competition for their opening game and with the home ground advantage, they will look to start their campaign off with the full three points.
Swansea on the other hand will also look to win a game early in the year but it will be tough for the Swans since many of their key players have left the side during this transfer window. Ashley Williams is the latest to leave the Welsh side as he joins Everton as a replacement for John Stones. This will expose them defensively since he was not only an important defender, but a leader as well. Furthermore, they will also be without their home crown and that will make things tough since last season the Swansea City fans played a major role in the team getting results.
I think we are going to see Burnley win this game. The newly promoted side have had success last season and against a weakened Swansea side, they might just get a win at home. We are getting a good enough price to make this bet and I think it will be profitable in the long run so an average stake size is what I am going to suggest.
