In the English Premier League, Chelsea will host Leicester City at Stamford Bridge.
Leicester City were poor in their last outing as they were beaten by Crystal Palace away from home. The Foxes managed to control 57% of the ball while having 4 more shots than Crystal Palace but failed to convert these statistics into goals. The biggest problem for Leicester City was shooting accuracy as only 2 out of their 12 shots was on target. With Chelsea having a very strong defensive unit, Leicester City will need to ensure they are more efficient when shooting for goal. Jamie Vardy will need to improve his game as he was very poor in the fixture against Crystal Palace.
On the other side of the coin, Chelsea beat Brighton in their last outing. It was a comfortable win as the Blues got all three points away from home. Chelsea controlled 59% of the ball while having 10 shots to ensure the game was won with ease. Pedro and Eden Hazard both scored meaning the strikers are in good form heading into this fixture. Chelsea seem to be playing with confidence and that was best shown by the fact that they beat Manchester City very recently. Eden Hazard has been in tremendous form and he has been well supported by the midfield. Chelsea are looking in outstanding form and the fans will expect them to win this match.
Leicester City have had a decent season but having lost their last match, it is going to be hard for the Foxes to bounce back quickly since they are playing a very tough opponent away from home. Chelsea have been in great form and Eden Hazard keeps leading the team to win. With momentum on their side, I am picking Chelsea to win this match.
