Crystal Palace got themselves a much needed win in the FA Cup on Saturday when they put away fellow Premier League side Stoke City and they will look to make it two home wins in row when they face Bournemouth on Tuesday. Bournemouth have just won one of their last six Premier League games and have fallen to sixteenth in the league table just four points above the relegation zone. Eddie Howe's side were busy in the transfer window and addressed their problems up front with the signing of Afobe and Iturbe. I think Afobe is a ready made Premier League player and while Iturbe could take time to settle with the pace of the Premier League I do think these are savvy signings that could see Bournemouth stay up. Bournemouth's success this season has been their work ethic with their midfield among the best in the Premier league in terms of distance covered and pressing on the opposition.
Crystal Palace may be missing Cabaye through injury he was withdrawn at the weekend with a knock and the brilliant french man may be missing on Tuesday. Alan Pardew's team has struggled to score goals and while the midfield with Bolasie, Zaha, Puncheon, Cabaye have contributed there has been a lack of goals up front with no goals scored from open paly among the strikers for Crystal Palace. The signing of Adebayor is a step in the right direction the big man has scored everywhere he's played and I think he will do likewise here, he may not be fit enough to start here but I expect him to get some game time.
Tough game to call here I think the draw looks the value play and while both teams could do with the win I think they cancel each other out here in what should be a good game.
