France play another competitive friendly against a Denmark team who look destined for the playoffs for Euro2016. Denmark struggled against Portugal on Thursday and came up short in a 1-0 loss. The Danish left some points behind them in the group and could easily have already been qualified before last thursday. Denmark have a solid team but they lack that bit of quality up front that defines the good and the great teams. Nicolas Bendtner has struggled to find himself a starting spot throughout his career , the former Arsenal striker has settled in Wolfsburg but is struggling to get game time. Tottenham's Christian Eriksen is the key man for Denmark, how much time he will play in this friendly is probably up for debate.
France manager Deschamps looks likely to suffer the wrath of Real Madrid boss Rafa Benitez as Karim Benzema started and played all ninty minutes of the french friendly on Thursday and is likely to do the same on Sunday. Benzema is the key man on this french team surrounded by talent in the form of Matuidi, Pogba, Griezmann and Cabaye. In addition France have some young strikers comign through like Manchester United's Anthony Martial and France being the host nation for 2016 are looking to get ready for a push to try to win the Euro's again for the first time in 16 years.
Hard one to call here, the fact the game is in Copenhgaen should give Denmark a slight advantage but on paper France are a far stronger team and it is very hard to not take the french here. I think more than likely this game ends up with alot of substitutes on the field and I am going to take both teams to score here.
