One of the games of the Quarter finals will be the meeting between Dynamo Kyiev and Fiorentina. Kyiev will be looking to make it to the semi finals as they bring some strong form and a quality team into this quarter final. Kyiev are managed by former player and ukranian legend Rebrov, he will be looking to guide young players like Yarmalenko on to the great success that he himself experienced as a player when Kyiev were among the best in Europe and constantly beating the top sides in the Champions League. This is a good Dynamo team and with Yarmalenko, Kravets and Lens they have goalscoring threats going forward and their home form is exceptional having won all five home games in the competition this season.
Fiorentina had gotten themselves back into the hunt for a Champions League place in Serie A but they recently dropped the ball and suffered back to back 3-0 defeats to Juventus and Napoli. This is a team that is building for the future and alot of their success will be based around the return of Guiseppo Rossi who has been out injured all season. Gomez and Babacar have struggled to fill the void in the team left by Rossi's absence but the arrival of Mohamad Salah in January has given Fiorentina a genuine attacking threat that can score goals.
Going to take the overs here, Fiorentina have struggled defensively of late and I think against this young Kyiev team they could struggle as well but I also think Salah and Fiorentina will want to pick up an away goal and with Salah they have the ability and pace on the counter attack to cause Kyiev some problems. I just think here we have alot of attacking talent that may be too much for their defensive counterparts.
