Wolves vs Leicester City: Wolves were comfortably beaten by Manchester City in their last outing. The loss means that Wolves have now lost 2 successive games in a row. Leicester City also lost their last game as the Foxes were beaten by Southampton. Leicester City’s loss is much more concerning as the team failed to get any points at home against a weak team. The concerns are even greater since Southampton only had 10 players for the entire second half. As far as this match is concerned, I see Wolves winning since they are playing at home and seem to have more consistency in their game.
Watford vs Burnley: Watford won their previous game as the Hornets beat Crystal Palace away from home. Tom Cleverly was exceptional for Watford as he scored the winning goal for the team. Burnley also managed to win their previous game as they beat Fulham at home. Burnley have now won 3 successive games and the team is looking very dangerous around goal. Both teams are in good form, but Watford have a stronger team. With the Hornets playing at home, I see a home victory.
Newcastle vs Cardiff City: Both of these team are fighting for relegation which means that the importance of winning will be vital. Newcastle lost their previous match as they were beaten by Chelsea away from home. Cardiff City, on the other hand, only managed a draw at home against Huddersfield Town. The result for Cardiff City could be costly as they missed a very good chance for 3 points. As far as this match is concerned, I see Newcastle winning. The Magpies are playing against a weak side and they should be good enough to get 3 points at home.
Bournemouth vs West Ham: West Ham have been very impressive this season and they continued their incredible form last weekend as they beat Arsenal at home. Bournemouth, on the other hand, were beaten at home by Everton. Bournemouth have won only 1 point in their last 4 outings and things have turned downwards for the Cherries. Looking at these two teams, Bournemouth seem to be struggling while West Ham are looking in incredible form. Having just beaten Arsenal, I see West Ham winning this match and adding another 3 points to their total.
Southampton vs Everton: Southampton received a big win in their last match as they beat Leicester City away from home. It was an impressive performance as Southampton played a large portion of the game with only 10 men. Shane Long was very good for the Saints as he scored the second goal. Everton also won their last outing as the Toffees beat Bournemouth at home. Looking at the two squads, Everton have the stronger team. That being said, Southampton are playing at home. With those facts taken into consideration, I see this match ending in a draw.
Fulham vs Tottenham: Fulham look like one of the worst defensive teams to have played in the Premier League. The Cottagers lost again last weekend and are now 19th on the ladder and 5 points behind the team in 17th spot. The defence is very concerning for Fulham as they have conceded 49 goals in only 22 games. On the other side of the coin, Tottenham also lost their previous game as they were beaten by Manchester United. It was a disappointing result, but it is not a big cause for concern. Tottenham should enjoy playing against the Fulham defence and I am expecting the likes of Alli and Son to get plenty of scoring opportunities. I see Tottenham winning this game with ease.
Huddersfield vs Manchester City: Huddersfield got a much-needed point last weekend as they drew with Cardiff City away from home. The Terriers are bottom of the ladder and miles away from survival. This weekend, they are playing one of the best teams in Europe. Manchester City won comfortably last weekend and they are challenging Liverpool for the top spot. Manchester City are much better than Huddersfield and I see the visitors winning this game with ease.
