Crystal Palace vs Leicester City: Crystal Palace had a poor loss against West Ham in their previous match where the Eagles conceded 3 goals in the second half. The defence looked very poor and having lost two successive games, Crystal Palace are back in a relegation battle. On the other side of the coin, Leicester City also lost although they played good football against a very talented Tottenham side. Looking at recent form, neither side is playing very well but it seems that Leicester City have the better squad. That being said, i think that Crystal Palace will be good enough at home to ensure that this match ends in a draw.
Wolves vs Bournemouth: Wolves have now won 2 games in a row after the team beat Newcastle United. Prior to the win at Newcastle, Wolves also had a big win as they beat Chelsea. There is plenty of talent in the Wolves squad and the team looks to be playing with confidence having beaten one of the best teams in England not long ago. In comparison, Bournemouth had a big loss last weekend as they were beaten 4-0 by Liverpool. Bournemouth have had a good season but their success is far great at home than on the road. With this match being played at Wolverhampton, I see Wolves winning.
Huddersfield vs Newcastle: Newcastle are struggling as they lost at home to Wolves. As it currently stands, the Magpies are only 3 points above the relegation zone meaning that they are in desperate need of points. Similarly, Huddersfield also need wins as they are in the relegation points. Winning this match could move the Terriers above the danger zone meaning there will be great pressure on all the home team players. Considering Newcastle horrible form and Huddersfield’s decent record at home, I see the Huddersfield Town winning this match.
Watford vs Cardiff City: Watford played exceptionally well last weekend as they managed to get a point away from home at Goodison Park against Everton. The Hornets have not been playing very well for the past few months but their result against the Toffees should be a big confidence boost for the team. On the other side of the pitch, Cardiff City got a big win as they beat Southampton at home. Cardiff City have looked very poor this season and their record away from home is terrible. With the Hornets at home for this match, I think Watford will be too strong for Cardiff City.
Tottenham vs Burnley: Burnley won their previous match against Brighton although they have been struggling recently as they have had big losses against top teams. As it currently stands Burnley are fighting for relegation and it seems like the defence can’t handle strong attackers. Tottenham have been attacking well as they scored easily in their previous match. Spurs are in good form and they have been led by Son and Alli. Tottenham are at home for this fixture and they are a much stronger side when compared to Burnley. I am picking Tottenham to win this match.
Fulham vs West Ham: Fulham lost 4-1 to Manchester United last weekend and it seems like their defence is way too fragile to handle this competition. Returning to Craven Cottage should boost Fulham as they are a much stronger side at home although it is hard to see how they will survive considering their defenders are conceding multiple goals each game. West Ham, on the other hand, are looking very strong as they beat Crystal Palace in their last match. The strikers are playing very well and the defence is not bad. West Ham are the better team and are in better form. I see West Ham beating a poor Fulham team.
Brighton vs Chelsea: Brighton had another bad result last weekend as they were beaten by Burnley. It has been a hard season for Brighton as they have fallen away drastically after a great start to the campaign. In comparison, Chelsea are looking exceptionally strong and the team will be high on confidence after they beat Manchester City in their last fixture. Chelsea are much more talented when compared to Brighton and I see the Blues winning this fixture aw
