The Line: -- Over/Under:
Crystal Palace vs Brighton: Crystal Palace and Brighton will meet at Selhurst Park for the M23 Derby. Palace enter this match in very good after they beat Burnley away from home in their previous fixture. Wilf Zaha looks in very good form for the Eagles as the striker scored his third goal in 3 goals against Burnley. Crystal Palace have moved into 13th and are very close to the “magic 40 points” so the team will be determined. On the other hand, Brighton also won their last game as they beat Huddersfield at home. Brighton are not playing nearly as well as Crystal Palace. Palace are playing at home and are in better form, so I see them winning.
Huddersfield vs Bournemouth: Huddersfield look shattered and after their loss to Brighton last weekend, it seems very unlikely that the Terriers will find a way to escape relegation. Bournemouth, in comparison, are looking safe from relegation and in good form after they posed a challenge for Manchester City. Bournemouth have better players and are looking much more dangerous considering they have more match winners. Huddersfield look very poor and with that in mind, I see Bournemouth winning away from home.
Southampton vs Tottenham: Tottenham won midweek in the Champions League as they beat Borussia Dortmund away from home. Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris both look in exceptional form and they both played very well against Dortmund where Kane scored the only goal of the game. Southampton, on the other hand, have not had as much success lately as they lost to Manchester United in their last outing. The Saints are fighting to avoid relegation while the Spurs are fighting for a spot in the Champions League next season. With such a contrast in form and quality, I see Tottenham winning this match on the road.
Leicester City vs Fulham: Fulham are looking very poor and the defensive issues have continued all season. In their last outing, Fulham were beaten by Chelsea and the loss means that the team remains in the relegation zone. Leicester City also lost their last game as they were beaten by Watford away from home. Leicester City have had a much stronger season and look safe from relegation. The balance in the Leicester City side is much stronger and with the team at home, I see the Foxes winning this match.
Cardiff City vs West Ham: Cardiff City have shown fight this season and the team produced a good performance last week even though they lost 2-0. At home, Cardiff have been very strong the team are relying on home form to get them out of relegation. West Ham, in contrast, are safe from relegation and are looking set for a good finish to the season after they beat Newcastle in their previous match. West Ham have the stronger side and the better form but at home, I see Cardiff City getting a draw from this fixture.
Newcastle vs Everton: Newcastle were beaten in their last match as they lost 2-0 away from home against West Ham. It was a poor performance as Newcastle lacked any fight after conceding both goals in the first half. Everton, on the other hand, had a very big result as they got a draw against Liverpool to knock their rivals off the top of the ladder. Everton are looking very confident in recent weeks and I think they will be too strong for Newcastle United in this match. I see Everton winning away from home.
Chelsea vs Wolves: Both of these teams won last weekend as Chelsea beat Fulham while Wolves beat Cardiff City. Wolves have impressed this season and the team looks set to finish mid-table at the end of the season. Chelsea are still fighting for a spot in the Champions League and the players are looking in good form. Higuain has been good for Chelsea as the Argentine striker scored last weekend. Chelsea have the stronger team and are playing at home, so I am picking them to win this match.
