Aston Villa vs Everton: Aston Villa lost their previous match as they were beaten 2-1 by Bournemouth at home. It was a poor result for Villa as they controlled the majority of the ball but failed to create scoring chances. Everton, in comparison, won their previous match as they defeated Watford 1-0. Everton remain undefeated this season and the defense has impressed as they are yet to concede a goal. Aston Villa look poor while Everton look very impressive. I see Everton being good enough to defeat Aston Villa away from home.
Brighton vs Southampton: Brighton have had a very strong start to the season. Brighton defeated Watford in the opening week and managed a 1-1 draw last weekend. Southampton, on the other hand, have lost both of their games. The Saints were humbled by Burnley in their first game as they lost 3-0. Southampton were defeated by Liverpool last weekend. Considering the contrasting form of the two teams and the location of this match, I see Brighton winning at home.
Watford vs West Ham: Watford have been very poor this season as the team has lost of its matches. Watford were defeated by Everton in their previous match. Watford looked disorganized and the forwards are struggling as they are yet to score this season. West Ham have also had a tough start to the season as they only have 1 point. West Ham lost to Manchester City in the opening week but they managed a 1-1 against Brighton in their previous outing. West Ham have a strong side this season and they have shown promise in their 2 games. With Watford struggling, I see West Ham winning this game away from home.
Sheffield United vs Leicester City: Sheffield United won their previous match as they defeated Crystal Palace at home in their previous outing. Sheffield look very impressive at home and they will be desperate to maximize points on home soil. Leicester City will be a tough opponent as the Foxes are a very impressive outfit. Leicester City managed a 1-1 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last weekend. Despite the quality in the Leicester City side, I see Sheffield having enough fight at home to get a result. I see this match ending as a draw.
Wolves vs Burnley: Wolves managed to get a point against Manchester United in their last outing. It was an impressive display by Wolves as they challenged one of the big clubs in the league. Wolves remain undefeated with both of their games ending as draws. Burnley have also had a good start to the season as they have 3 points from their 2 games. Burnley were defeated by Arsenal in their last match. Away from home, Burnley have found it tough and that is likely to be the case in this match. Overall, Wolves are the stronger team and I see them being good enough to win this match at home.
