Bournemouth vs Leicester City: Both of these teams have started the season well as they have each won 2 matches. Bournemouth are a very strong side at home and this can be seen by the fact that they are unbeaten at home at the Vitality Stadium. Leicester City, on the other hand, have had a decent away record having beaten Southampton but lost to Manchester United. Looking at the respective squads, Leicester City have the better team with players such as Harry Maguire, Jamie Vardy and Kasper Schmeichel playing for the Foxes. While Bournemouth are not as strong and will struggle to beat Leicester, they are very good at home and I don’t see them losing. I think this game will end in a draw.
Newcastle United vs Arsenal: Newcastle United will be playing at home at St James Park. St James Park has been a historical fortress fro Newcastle United and most teams have feared to visit. Unfortunately for the Magpies, St James Park has not been kind this season as Newcastle United have lost both of their games. While the opponents were Tottenham and Chelsea, the record still stands at 0-0-2. This should be a similar kind of match since Arsenal are also a top team filled with top players. The Gunners have found some good form having won their last 2 matches. With Newcastle struggling to win against big teams at home and Arsenal finding form, I see an away victory. I am picking Arsenal to win.
Huddersfield vs Crystal Palace: Huddersfield are struggling this season as the Terriers have not won a single match and currently have 2 points. These are games that Huddersfield must win if they wish to avoid relegation. That being said, they will be greatly tested by a Crystal Palace side who have underperformed. Crystal Palace have looked very good every time they have played with the likes of Wilf Zaha proving a great attacking threat. That being said, the Eagles have only 3 points after 4 games and are in desperate need of a win. While winning away from home is tough, I see Crystal Palace winning since Huddersfield look very poor and I don’t think they are good enough to compete with the talent present at Crystal Palace.
Wolves vs Burnley: Wolves started the season poorly but have improved every time they have played. This was best shown in their victory against away from home against West Ham and they draw at home against Manchester City. Their opponents, Burnley have struggled all season. Burnley have only 1 point after 4 matches and they have lost to teams such as Watford and Fulham. This match should be easy to predict since we have a struggling team playing away from home against an inform team playing at home. I see Wolves winning with ease.
Southampton vs Brighton: Southampton started the season poorly but got a big win away from home against Crystal Palace in their last game. While they didn’t play well in that game and were lucky to win, they showed great a great fighting spirit and the victory should have lifted the team morale and confidence level. Brighton, on the other hand, only managed to get a draw at home against Fulham. Since beating Manchester United, Brighton have dropped in form as they have only gotten 1 point since. With Southampton at home and back in form, I see Brighton losing again. I am going to predict this match to end with Southampton winning.
Everton vs West Ham: Everton have started the season well and are currently unbeaten after 4 games. While 3 of Everton will be disappointed by the fact that 3 out of their 4 games have been draws, they will be pleased that the team is playing better than last season. Richarlison started the season really well for Everton and he should be back from suspension this weekend so that will give the Toffees a big boost. West Ham, on the other hand, have looked awful. The Hammers have lost all of their games and are bottom of the Premier League table. Playing away from home against an unbeaten Everton side will be tough for a struggling West Ham side and I see them losing again. I am picking Everton to win at home.
