French top-flight action returns following the international break, and I’ve found some lucrative bets for Round 14. The odds for a draw seem too good to miss as Lyon host Nice. Both teams are likely to score when Angers face Nimes, but I think the home side will come out on top in that clash. Marseille will be looking to make it three wins from three when they travel to Toulouse.

Lyon vs. Nice – 11/23/19

Lyon and Nice are both enduring extremely inconsistent seasons. Neither side would have expected to be in the bottom half of the table at this stage in the campaign, but that’s exactly where they are. Nice are thirteenth with 17 points, while Lyon are one place below Nice on 16 points. Lyon are the favorites to win at 1.40 and you can get odds of 7.00 for a Nice win. However, I can see this match ending in a draw. Neither side will want to lose, but I don’t think Lyon have enough quality right now to fulfill their favorites tag in this game.

Pick: The Draw – 4.50

Angers vs. Nimes – 11/23/19

Angers are flying high in Ligue 1 and currently find themselves third in the table. They have won six of their 13 games this season and sit on a healthy goal difference of +1. On the other hand, Nimes are bottom of the table with just two wins to their name this term. They have failed to win any of their last six league games. Angers are likely to win this game, but Nimes have scored in three of their four games. For that reason, a home win and both teams to scored makes sense here.

Pick: Angers to Win and Both Teams to Score – 3.81

Toulouse vs. Marseille – 11/24/19

Toulouse have lost their last three league games which has seen them slip to nineteenth in the table. They have conceded 25 goals in 13 games – the worst defensive record in the division. Marseille have found some form after a slow start. They are second in the table and have won three of their last five games. Marseille are away in this fixture, so that makes their odds for a win far more attractive. I’m backing Marseille to claim all three points on Sunday and keep the pressure on PSG at the top of the table.

Pick: Marseille to Win – 2.10
