The game of the day in Serie A will see Fiorentina take on Inter Milan in the San Siro. Both teams successfully negotiated tricky Europa League games against British opposition midweek and therefore no one has a rest advantage in this game. Fiorentina sold Quadrado to Chelsea in the January transfer window and got Mohamad Salah in return, Salah has scored three in four games and looks to be the fitiing in well in the Viola. Fioretina with Gomez, Salah and Aquilani have a good attacking trio and will cause problems for teams. Defensively Fiorentina have been strong of late too and have only lost one of their last nine away games.
Inter Milan needed their season saved and they appointed Roberto Mancini. Mancini has brought in Podolski, Shaqiri during the January transfer window and Inter have started to play quite well of late. Icardi, Guarin, Palacio are starting to fire on all cylinders and Inter look like a team going in the right direction. Inter are only four points behind Fiorentina and a win here will leave them just a point behind fifth. This is a serious turn around for Mancini as when he took over Inter they were in fourteenth in the league table.
Two good teams here and both have alot of attacking talents. I am going to take both teams to score here as I think they both have strengths going forward that will slightly shade it against their defensive counterparts. This is one of the games on Sunday that I am looking forward to although it clashes with the English League Cup final so I may be split screening this one.
