Soccer | Juventus vs Inter Milan

After their heroics midweek against Real Madrid(a game I called here as a draw!) Juventus travel to Milan to take on Inter in what should be an entertaining game of football. Juventus will no doubt rest any players carrying any sort of a knock or injury as they prepare for the Champions League final. In fact Juvenuts have the league wrapped up so they could in essence rest all their starters, I'm sure that wont happen but I do expect Tevez, Pirlo and maybe Chellini to get some rest time. Morata, Llorente and Bazagli should all get the start and a number of squad players will probably also get start time but I still think that this Juventus team will have enough starters to cause Inter Milan problems.

Inter Milan have been one of the form teams in the league over the last two months unbeaten since the last week of March, Inter have found some form at the right time in the season. Just three points from the Europa League places Inter Milan are on a mission but they have actually been let down by their home form at the San Siro where they have won only once in their last seven. With Icardi and Hernnannes up top Inter have good quality strikers who can cause problems for anyone on their day. With Roberto Mancini bringing in quality players in january with Podolski and Shaqiri coming in to take some of the burden off Icardi. Inter are a decent side but they do face the best team in Italy on Saturday and the biggest question is do they have enough to beat them?

My gut says draw here, we have two very good teams and while Inter have more to play for Juventus are riding the wave of emotin having qualified for the Champions League final. The last Italian team to win the Champions League of course was Inter Milan, a touch of irony perhaps that the two face off on Saturday then, but either way I think Juventus go to the San Siro and come away with a point. Inter Milan's home record is too poor to side with and Juventus overall record is too good to side against.

(1 Unit) Draw
