In the English Premier League, Leicester City are set to host Manchester City at the King Power Stadium.
Leicester City had a big win last weekend as they beat Chelsea. It was a great performance by the Foxes as they had less possession and less chances but managed to defend well to secure a 1-0 victory away from home at Stamford Bridge. Jamie Vardy played exceptionally well in the fixture as he scored in the second half to decide the fixture. The defence was also very good as the Foxes only allowed Chelsea to have 5 shots on target in the entire game. This match will be another challenge and Leicester City will need to defend well once again if they wish to challenge Manchester City.
On the other side of the coin, Manchester City suffered a shock defeat as they were beaten by Crystal Palace in their last game. The Sky Blues conceded 3 goals which prevented them from winning and allowed Liverpool to extend their lead to 4 points. Sergio Aguero had a very poor game as he failed to make decisive moves. Similarly, the defence was also very poor with the likes of John Stones and Kyle Walker having bad games. On a positive note, Kevin de Bruyne looks to be fit and he played well in the defeat after coming off the bench. The loss should not be a massive cause for concern as Manchester City still have a very strong team and they should be more than capable of bouncing back strongly.
While Leicester City look strong and confident after their win over Chelsea, I think they will be beaten in this match. Manchester City are a very strong side and I think they will be very determined and focused. With the likes of Aguero, Silva and de Bruyne on the pitch, I see Manchester City winning this fixture.
