Liverpool vs Chester- 7/7/2018 Preseason Friendly Soccer Pick, Preview, Odds, Predictions

Liverpool had an amazing campaign last season and Jurgen Klopp will be desperate to ensure that the Reds have a similar season in 2018/2019. Liverpool is one of the most followed sides in the world and although they have many players out playing the FIFA World Cup, preseason will begin for the rest of side. Liverpool will be taking on Chester FC.

Chester FC are a non-league side so this will be a big occasion for the players and the club. The players will have a chance to play against their heroes while this game will ensure that that club will earn some money via ticket sales. I don’t think anybody is expecting Chester FC to put up a fight but this should be a good chance for the Chester FC players to test their skills.

For Liverpool, this will be a great chance for the manager to test some of the squad players and give some new recruits some playing time. Naby Keita and Fabinho are both expected to play this game and this will give the new signing a chance to get some minutes wearing that iconic Liverpool shirt. There is a chance that Adam Lallana plays this match since the England international has been out injured for a long time and it will be important that he gets some minutes. It is unclear whether he is ready to make it onto the pitch yet but if he is, expect him to play. Other than that, I don’t see many top players playing since most of them are at the World Cup representing their countries.

Having said everything, I am sure that Liverpool will win this match. I don’t think there is any chance of this game going any other way so this is a very safe prediction. As far as betting is concerned, we are not getting a great price on any bet but the best bet seems likes the over 2.5 goals which should win since Liverpool will score many goals.
