Lorient look to end PSG's unbeaten start to the season when they host the Champions. Lorient have had a terrific season thus far and have been very tough to beat especially at home. Lorient have not lost at home since the second week of August. This is a solid side, defensively very competent and with a couple of quality finishers up front Moukandjo is having a career year with nine goals in eleven games this season and he is proving to be a big hit since his move from Reims in August. This is a young side with Jeannot and Warris also among the best young talents in France and this is a team that will definitely not fear PSG.
PSG though come into this game unbeaten domestically and with a ten point lead in the league, one could be forgiven for thinking that PSG will take some of their domestic games lightly and an away trip to Lorient after the emotion of the last week may be one such spot. In addition alot of PSG's players were traveling great distances for World Cup wualifiers with David Luiz, Angel Di Maria , Lavezzi, Cavani all traveliing to South America. PSG have an abundance of stars and a serious depth in their squad but travelling can leave even the most professional of players jaded and like I said already this is a tough spot against a good team.
Going to take Lorient here on the handicap, the price on the home underdog is also interesting on the outright considering they havent lost at home since August and have won five of their last six at home.
