Riyad Mahrez was denied his transfer to Manchester City and that has caused much internal war at the King Power Stadium. The Algerian superstar has still not returned to training and now his side will have to play without him as they take on the side he almost went to on deadline day.
Manchester City are very close to winning the league officially and it seems like they will be clear winners very early in the season. This side has depth and is filled with players that are world-class. In addition to that, the team in clicking well together and that has resulted in a lethal combination. Manchester City will be at home for this game and that should mean even better things for the club.
Leicester City needs to work out their situation with Mahrez. The fans still love the Algerian for his season 2 years ago but he clearly want to leave and until that happens, things will not be pleasant at the club. With that in mind, this will be a very tough ask for the Foxes. They will be away from home and facing the top side in the competition. As a result, I think they will leave Manchester with a loss.
As far as betting is concerned, I don’t think we have no value in betting on Manchester City so that is something we would rather avoid. The best bet is the over 2.5 goals is since Manchester City will probably get 3 goals on their own. This is an amazing bet so any stake size is appropriate.
