Middlesbrough and West Brom are both sitting comfortably at the middle of the table at the moment and with not long left in this season, they will both attempt to do their best to get three points here to ensure they are not in any danger of relegation come the end of the season.
Middlesbrough spent a lot during the summer and after a lot of mixing and matching, a sense of unity is finally coming through this team. At the moment the currently sit at 16th spot, only 4 points above the relegation zone and so I think the pressure will definitely be on since they know if they have a bad run now, a relegation battle will begin for them in a few weeks. They are going to be at home for this game and that makes them favorites in my books but it will tough for the side to break down the Tony Pullis system which they will need to do if they are to get 3 points on the night.
West Brom on the other hand are in 8th spot but as far as quality is concerned, I don’t think that they are that much better than their opponents in 16th spot. The advantage this side has though is the system that Pullis has implemented and that has given them a lot of success. They are going to be on the road for this game which will make things tougher but I think they will still be hard to beat.
I am going to predict a draw. West Brom know how not to lose while Middlesbrough want wins at home a lot more. Both teams are evenly matched and as a result this is my prediction. We are getting a good price on this bet so I think this is the number one option for a wager.
