Newcastle vs Swansea 16 April 2016: EPL Preview and Predictions

St James Park will most likely be seeing Championship football next season as relegation seems very likely for the Magpies. This weekend they will be facing Swansea in a game that gives Newcastle possibly one last chance of digging themselves out of the hole they are in. That being said it won’t be easy so a good performance will be required by Magpies.

Swansea have managed to secure safety this season and after beating Chelsea last weekend, they will be feeling pretty confident. A few months ago I though the Swans might get relegated but they proved me wrong and this weekend I think I will back them. This side is not the most talented but they have heart and this is very important for any team. I think that this belief and hardworking attitude that the Swansea players have will pay of this weekend as they might just get a win away from home here.

On the other side of the coin, it looks like Newcastle don’t want this anymore. There is no signs of passion or hard work when I watch Newcastle play and this is a big problem for them. Rafa Benitez is the new coach now and although he has a lot of experience, I don’t think even he can get them out of this relegation zone this season. St James Park will not be seeing a lot of Premier League in the next few years so a win near the end of the season would be nice although I don’t think that will happen for th Magpies.

Overall I think that Swansea will win this game. We are getting an amazing price to bet on them and I shall take it by placing a bigger bet on it. This is a pretty safe as well as value induced bet so I like it.
