Here are the best bets for Round 9 of the 2019/20 Serie A campaign.

Inter vs. Parma – 10/26/19

Inter are enjoying an excellent start to the season under Antonio Conte. They sit just one point behind league leaders Juventus after winning seven of their eight league games this term. Inter are the second highest scorers in the division and they also don’t concede many. Parma are 8th in the table. With four wins and four defeats, they are yet to register a draw this season. Parma have won three of their last five matches and scored five against Genoa last time out. Inter should claim the win, but Parma are likely to put up a fight. Inter are the clear favorites at 1.25, but I think Parma will get on the scoresheet.

Pick: Inter to Win and Both Teams to Score – 2.71

Bologna vs. Sampdoria – 10/27/19

Sampdoria are rock bottom of Serie A with one win from their eight league games this season. They have conceded 16 goals so far (at an average of two goals per game) and are the league’s lowest scorers with just four goals to their name. Bologna are 13th on eight points. Their defense hasn’t been too bad, but they struggle going forward. For that reason, I think Bologna will win this match. However, we aren’t likely to see too many goals here. A home win is 1.83, so add Under 3.5 Goals to bump up the odds.

Pick: Bologna to Win and Under 3.5 Goals – 2.66

Torino vs. Cagliari – 10/27/19

Torino are on a poor run which has seen them win one of their last five league games. They have only managed to score ten goals this season and have slipped down to 10th in the table. Cagliari have won three of their last five matches and have moved up to 5th as a result. Only Udinese have conceded fewer goals than Cagliari in the division, so we are likely to see another solid defensive display here. Given that Cagliari are the away team in this fixture, the odds for them to win are too good to miss.

Pick: Cagliari to Win – 4.5
