Southampton look to get their season back on track as they face Norwich City at Saint Mary's. The Saints have struggled this season to get things going and were knocked out of the Europa League on Thursday as they lost the away leg 1-0 to Danish side Midtjylland. Long and Pelle struggled for long periods to create anything up front and hopefully the return to fitness of Tadic and Mane who has been struggling with a hip issue will be the spark that Southampton need to get their season going. Ronald Koeman's side are struggling at the moment but one win could bring them out of their struggles and move them in the right direction up the table. A win tomorrow will actually see them leap frog Chelsea in the table.
Norwich City have had two very good performances beating Sunderland away and getting a home draw with Stoke. The Canaries will travel to Southampton in confident mood though and I think Norwich will believe they can come away from saint mary's with something. Nathan Redmond is the key player for Norwich as his pace and trickery on the wing is vital for everything good that Norwich do. With Cameron Jerome, Redmond, Brady and Hoolohan there is enough talent here to create chances for the Norwich side to really trouble Southampton.
Two attacking teams here with lots of talent up front, I am taking both teams to score as I believe this will be a struggle for Southampton after their excursions on Thursday night but I think that both teams have enough to get on the scoresheet picking a winner is a much tougher call here and I thinkt he draw looks relatively good value.
